During my time at Basiq, a project that I worked on was presenting an identity consent solution to Telstra as a solution to their currently friction and labour-intensive sign-up process, while making it vastly more secure.

Our solution was simple, utilise our consent flow that is used by banks, non-bank lenders and other financial institutions. A flow that allows users to sign up using their bank details in just a few clicks. We then proposed a feature where users can sign up with their energy account, as it can be just as secure as using heir bank account, due to the fact that their identity has already been verified by their energy provider.
